A ninja (忍者) was a covert agent or mercenary in feudal Japan. The functions of the ninja included espionage, sabotage, infiltration, and assassination, and open combat in certain situations.
We provide cloud-based telecommunication services and not any “real” Ninja services. But we are a team of brillint Pebbletree Ninjas and we are GREAT at our jobs.

Hi I’m Jules, a financial assistant here at Pebbletree. It is my role to assist with the general running of the accounts department and to take care of any customer accounts queries. I also answer the occasional Virtual Receptionist call for our Simply66 team when they are busy.
Outside of Pebbletree life, I can usually be found walking along the beach with my cocker spaniel, eating tapas or shopping.
I’m Kate, head of commercial and finance here at Pebbletree. I help look after the day to day finances and any accounts based queries customers have. It’s a really unique office and a great place to work.

During my time at Usomo I have moved on from my work with development, into an advisory role as the Usomo superhero. It is a tough job, but someone has to do it, if not then businesses would still be going to BT for their telecoms!
In my spare time I run the Sumo Wrestling club that I set up in my local community, teaching kids of all sizes the discipline and skill involved in the great sport. I usually relax by going to watch stand up comedy, and even get up on stage during open mic nights!

I’m Chris, I joined Pebbletree in 2011 working with the Technical Support team, since then I have moved over to the development team. I enjoy web design and development so I’m always looking for new ways to contribute to the design and functionality of our website.

Chris Martin IS a member of the development team at Pebbletree, having recently moved from the technical support team.
Away from helping you with your technical problems or developing cool new things for our brands, Chris is a supporter of his local football team Sunderland AFC. He is a fan of fantasy, sci-fi and crime movies, television shows and novels.

I’m Daryl, one of the longest standing members of the Pebbletree family, joining the team back in April 2007. As a member of the development team, I’m responsible for the support and development of a good portion of our site and infrastructure.

In my spare time I like to eat Tic Tacs™, play video games, watch Netflix and hang out with my dog. I have a passion for creating video game content for the web including YouTube and Twitch.
I came to Pebbletree in 2015 as a system administrator to work alongside the development team. I deal with the infrastructure that powers our services, so our developers can spend more time innovating and less time administrating. At least that’s the idea.

As head of our crack superhero team, I am the leader of Pebbletree. Protector of the masses, enforcer of reliable business communication solutions, and developer of new technologies, I watch over the full Pebbletree team with a close eye.
When I am away from the office, and not busy saving people from poor lines, expensive calls and bad customer service, I like to relax by travelling to new places on my Harley Davidson. I also enjoy reading, learning new languages, and building robots and other gadgets.

I work in the marketing team at Pebbletree having joined the company in 2013. My degree is in journalism, so I look after a lot of the written content across our brands.
I’ve been a Sunderland AFC season ticket holder since 1997, so I attend every home match and as many away matches as I can. I played competitive football from the age of seven until I was 16, when a broken leg dashed any hopes of making it to professional level! I love the Beatles, Rolling Stones and Bob Dylan and like gangster programmes and films.

Hi, I’m Jen. The Office Manager and HR so basically I make sure there’s enough coffee and biscuits for everybody.
At home I’m a total geek and enjoy gaming on Steam or binge-watching shows on Netflix.
We solve problems for customers and provide product support.
Having moved over to the UK from LA, I joined the Pebbletree team focussed on helping Soho66 become an even better brand. I have a background in business and technology, and as my role as the Soho66 superhero, I like to keep the VoIP competition at bay by ensuring a reliable, innovative and affordable solution.
When I am not working, I spend a lot of time at my local fitness centre, swimming or on the cross trainer is where I can usually be found. I also tend to spend a lot of time eating out, sampling new restaurants for my food blog, whilst I find my American accent to be a big hit at speed dating!
I specifically deal with the porting of numbers to our service, as well as supporting customers from account queries through to complex technical issues. I also liaise with our warehouse on all aspects of hardware, from ordering through to replacements/repairs.

Since joining I have been moving round all the different departments, learning everything about Pebbletree. I am now back with the Technical Support Team and I am hoping to become a Techical Support Advisor soon.

I’m Danny, I do Technical Support for Pebbletree. I have been in Technical Support in the private sector since leaving university approximately 15 years ago.

A law graduate from Harvard in the US, I came across to the UK to take up a role on the Simply66 team with Pebbletree. Once I became the Simply66 superhero, I knew that I had to protect our customers from bad customer service; with affordable call answering solutions, and friendly staff, I help businesses keep their customers loyal.
Away from the office I spend a lot of time working on my dancing, having previously trained at Royal School of Ballet in London. If I am not in the ballet studio, I can often be found shopping, or out for food with my friends.
